If you are new to golf or needs to gain the basics for and event, our friendly and welcoming instructors will provide you with the groundwork. Are you looking to brush up your game, or get more distance out of your irons? Lessons could be the way to get you there.
The Golf Academy at Elbow Springs provides a welcoming and educational experience to learn or improve their game. We've assembled a team of the best PGA of Canada Golf Professionals in Calgary with diverse experience in coaching, competing and teaching. We offer camps for junior golfers (Learn to Play Camp and Advanced Junior Camp) through the spring and summer that touch on fundamentals including golf course etiquette, long and short game and ???. Our ladies lessons ready Set Golf Fore Ladies for Level I (Beginner) or Level II (Intermediate) golfers include driving range and on course practice time. Our options for private, semi-private and group lessons can be customized to your specific needs and goals.

THE TEACHING TEAM
Ryan has been around the game of golf since a very young age. He is a graduate of the Professional Golf Management Program at Grant MacEwan University and has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 2009. Ryan has experience working with golfers of all ages and skill levels and will help you build a swing that works for you.
Randy was born in Lethbridge, Alberta and has been involved in golf his entire life. As a PGA Professional, he has a passion for teaching and coaching. Randy believes that everyone has a natural swing and works on enhancing their foundation based on the student’s functional movement. Regardless of whether you are new to the game or an experienced golfer, the common thread we all share is to improve and enjoy the game. This is accomplished by learning practical strategies that get us from A to B.
Dani was born and raised in Fernie, BC. Playing hockey from the age of three lead her to a University Hockey career at Manhattanville College in New York. Graduating in 2008 with a degree in sociology and a minor in political science. Starting her first job at the age of 13 at a golf course in Fernie introduced her to golf, where she turned pro in 2011. Teaching is a passion of hers and enjoys watching peoples games improve with the guidance she can provide.
Sean was born and raised in Cochrane, Alberta. As soon as he picked up a golf club at the age of 7, he had a love for the game. He developed his passion for it as he went through the junior program at the Cochrane Golf Club. He continued learning while working there throughout High School and represented his club while traveling the country to play in competitions. After many years of playing as often as he could, he decided to follow his passion full-time and turned pro in 2020. Sean is excited to work with anyone interested in learning the game or looking to improve their skills!
Wyatt was born in Cavan, Ireland. From a young age he realized his passion for golf. He learned a lot about the game from books as well as his local golf professional. He played in many competitions around Ireland then later moved over to Canada in 2019, then turning pro in 2020. Wyatt is excited to work with anyone interested in the game and who wants to develop their skills further.
Cam Driscoll is a certified Class A Teaching Professional and a member of the PGA of Canada. Whether you are new to the game of golf or looking to improve your game, his 30 years + of teaching experience will help you enjoy the game of golf.Lessons are personalized to the students needs with hands on instruction and iPad video when required.
