What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Failing to cancel when weather is suitable for play will result in a $40 no-show charge.

Do you offer rainchecks?

Yes, if you play 5 holes or less you will receive an 18 hole raincheck. If you have played 6 - 13 holes you will receive a 9 hole raincheck. If you play 14 or more holes you will not be eligible for a raincheck.

What happens if there is a frost delay?

We do not delay the entire day when we have frost. If your tee time is before the frost has lifted you will be sent to the hole you would be on had you teed off at the time you booked. You may not be able to play all 18 holes but will be charged only the twilight rate in this situation.

What is the dress code at Elbow Springs?

On the course and at the practice facilities, dress is in keeping with golf course tradition. Men must wear slacks or tailored shorts, a shirt with sleeves and a collar, no denim. For women, that means slacks, skirt or shorts, shirts must have sleeves or a collar (or both), no denim.

In the clubhouse, dress is business casual.
